An Excellent Staff is the Most Critical Component of Our Success
At PRPC, we want our guests to experience the beauty and magic of paddling the Pine River, enjoy a memorable stay at the campground, and head home convinced they received far more than what they paid for. Superior customer service provided by our staff is key to achieving those goals.
As a member of the PRPC staff, your first and most important task is to provide the best guest service on the planet. Helping our guests enjoy a great recreational experience requires a team of multi-taskers. As a member of our staff, you may find yourself doing any or all of the following: washing, loading and unloading craft and preservers, office work, minding and stocking the store, helping guests select trips and equipment, provide safety and paddling instruction, cleaning and maintaining campground facilities, washing and maintaining vehicles, wrapping firewood, facilitating guest transportation to and from the river.
Working at PRPC involves a lot of exercise, variety, hard work and fun. In addition to working with a great crew in beautiful surroundings, our staff members receive the following perks:
River trips, discount in our store, and 20% discount on courses offered at Baker College in Cadillac.
We typically hire staff for our peak season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Tasks have been divided into the three general job descriptions and positions listed below. If you are interested in applying, please complete our application form which can be mailed, faxed, or brought with you.
